Like a French 75, but effortlessly better.
The Ibiza ’75 takes everything you love about the classic cocktail—the bubbles, the bite, the brightness—and gives it a Balearic upgrade. Gin is swapped for Basbas, an award-winning herbal liqueur from Ibiza, handcrafted with wild-foraged botanicals and a smooth, sun-drenched flavor that somehow tastes like summer and nostalgia at the same time.
It’s herbaceous. It’s citrusy. It’s just the right amount of extra.
Perfect for golden hours, garden parties, or the kind of brunch that turns into dinner. This is how you make one:
Ibiza ’75 Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1.5 oz Basbas
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz dry sparkling wine
2 drops orange blossom water
1 fresh rosemary sprig
(Optional) maraschino cherry
Instructions
Combine Basbas, lemon juice, and orange blossom water in a shaker with ice.
Shake briefly until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or flute.
Top with dry sparkling wine.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig (lightly slapped to release oils) and a maraschino cherry if you’re feeling fancy.
The result is a cocktail that drinks like a memory: bright, herbal, slightly floral, and unmistakably Mediterranean. A classic reborn. A French 75 with a passport stamp.
